Timo StL  I Love the unique nature of this property. The genuine factory feel, my very spacious 2 bedroom loft, the super dog friendly environment, management is very nice and responsive to problems, fun events and the cute pool make meeting your neighbors easier than most places. Not to mention, we’re in the middle of probably the best, most walkable neighborhood- Lafayette Park!
